But that's not all – he's all about making sure everyone's on the same page before diving into the nitty-gritty of how things work. He's like the mastermind who connects the dots between strategy and how the whole organisation is set up to make things happen. Talk about a strategic superstar!
As an engineer by background, Glenn is a tenacious problem solver. He likes to be close to the coal face where things become tangible, where the rubber hits the road (choose your metaphor.) This is where change lives or dies. Glenn enjoys the buzz and hustle of making things happen!

Kirsty is curious, diligent, and detail oriented (if something isn’t aligned, she’ll spot it!) After finishing university, she was eager to dive headfirst into the world of change and transformation, so her and AAB Consulting make a great match.
Since joining, Kirsty has been keen to dip her toes into anything. She’s worked on a variety of projects, with her experience ranging from facilitating economic development programmes and conducting market research, through to synthesising data and supporting the development of business cases.
Sian's love for sales and marketing goes beyond mere numbers and figures. For her, it's about connecting with people on a deeper level, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that genuinely make a difference. The challenge of creating campaigns that leave a lasting impact and inspire action fuels her drive and commitment to be great.
Her understanding of the ever-changing business landscape and consumer preferences allows her to fine-tune our business development endeavours, ensuring they resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
Ben is inquisitive by nature and really values working in a team. He has strong research, business analysis and organisational skills, and is passionate about driving change in services and processes.
Since joining AAB Consulting, Ben has worked on multiple projects with Higher Education clients, developing a good understanding of the sector. Ben also has strong experience in building online communities, gaining over 300,000 followers across different social media platforms and has helped small businesses establish and improve their online presence.
To Anna simplicity is the key to success. With her keen knowledge of tech and equipped with her trusty research skills, she loves a deep dive into data and processes to uncover waste and hidden opportunities.
But of course, this is only half the fun - whether it’s implementing new ways of working, or whole new system solutions, Anna loves rolling up her sleeves and supporting her clients through the journey of turning the theoretical findings into working practice.
Aidan is our in-house designer. He focuses on creating innovative and eye-catching designs – along with the occasional llama graphic here and there…
He thrives through creating powerful designs that help captivate audiences and assist in making information easier to process and journeys smoother to follow. Whether it’s working with interfaces to provide brilliant experiences, developing illustrations and videos that jump off your screen, or interactive assets – he’ll make sure they are tailored in a way that works best for you.
Graeme is the Group Executive Director at AAB. His role varies from developing our strategic partnerships, working closely with the Group Executive Team to deliver our ambitious growth plans, supporting the leadership team, ensuring they have what they need to be effective, engaging the Board and connecting all the stakeholders.
Graeme has the ability to cut thorugh issues and is highly decisive, ambitious, challenging, and hugely supportive.
Doug is the Partner in charge of growth for the AAB group of companies and a member of our Consulting Board of Directors. Doug is insightful and bold yet practical and realistic. He is always one step ahead which is great as it keeps us on our toes.
Doug’s expertise is in Corporate Finance so we will be the first to know if a deal is on the cards that involves the Consulting business.
