Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) within AAB Consulting is a key priority for us because it is all about our people and how we show them that we care about them. We want everyone to feel that the AAB Group is a place where they belong and that they can bring their whole self to work.

We have a Diversity & Inclusion project team that works across our Group of companies to shape our D&I work into the future and ensures all of our people are involved through regular education and awareness sessions and by being part of groups and initiatives, having conversations around key topics and challenges.  These include LGBTQ+ awareness and menopause support. Recently we have invested in research to understand and produce recommendations to provide a supportive workplace for neurodiverse individuals. As well as creating changes to improve our environment, we have created an applicant guide to help with our recruitment process.
