We are helping Sagars Accountants to redesign their client value proposition using Service Design techniques such as Persona creation and User Journey mapping. We combine focused problem solving and process improvement, whilst also upskilling the team in Lean Agile methodologies. The teams are deploying their new knowledge and capability to re-design services, restructure teams and establish new performance metrics.
Working closely with with Revenue Scotland, we provided a broad range of skills and capabilities in order to deliver a series of innovation and change initiatives, contributing significantly to the organisation’s transformation agenda.

We developed a financial forecast model for M2 Lasers bringing together data from multiple sources across the organisation to inform a data-led, dynamic projection of future business performance.
