Louisa joined AAB Consulting to help businesses grow through understanding the people behind them and adapting strategies accordingly.
Louisa joined the team as a Consultant Analyst having recently completed her MSc in Psychological Studies. She has professional experience in research, finance, case management and sales. She enjoys sharing ideas with people, especially other people who also think outside of the box.
Mark has led some of the largest and most innovative economic development assignments over the last 10 years. He leads multidisciplinary teams collaborating across the private sector and public sector to support business growth across the UK and Europe.
He brings his expertise and insight to the design of business growth programmes, advises the government on regional and sectoral growth strategies and supports clients in their approaches to economic development
Stephen helps organisations change how they operate so they can meet their goals. After working closely with teams within organisations to establish a vision and strategy that people can get behind, he gets under the skin of the operation, making sure there is a clear link between strategy and how the organisation is designed to deliver.
Once the design of the future organisation is agreed, he loves helping teams deliver the changes to make sure they stick.
Elisha has over 8 years’ experience working across project management, service delivery and business development. She has gained extensive client-facing and varied industry experience primarily in Education, Healthcare and Local Government.
Elisha is a key advocate for change and improvement and enjoys the opportunity to demonstrate her creative capabilities with her clients and team. She is a passionate problem solver and sees every opportunity as the chance to learn more. She loves a challenge and being out of her comfort zone and looks forward to continuing to make a difference.
Gareth is a digital and design specialist, with a background in owning the end-to-end design and delivery of significant digital projects across a range of diverse sectors, including financial services, public sector, sport and transport. His focus is relentlessly on the human, keeping things simple and using all the tools that digital allows us to improve the human experience.
With significant experience in Marketing, Gareth understands the value of storytelling and how a well-crafted story can be the greatest tool to win over others, moving people to take action. With his diverse background, Gareth operates best at the heart of a problem where he can pull on all his Marketing, Design and Digital experience.
Lesley loves helping clients deliver change. She is passionate about giving a voice to the users of services and also to those team members within organisations who want to own the change. She likes designing change but she is even more excited by the delivery of it (as this is when the rubber really hits the road).
As a mathemagician (title gifted to Lesley by her daughter), she is reasonably analytical which means she is good at evidence-based decision making and investment cases.
Glenn is a Programme Management specialist with an outstanding record of delivering major change programmes and has significant experience of designing and delivering new business models and technology solutions.
As an engineer by background, Glenn is a tenacious problem solver. As a consultant, Glenn enjoys working on the most complex of client problems. Recently, he worked with UK Government on a problem called Brexit (!) and prior to that has helped clients solve problems and deliver programmes across Public Services, Energy & Utilities and Financial Services.
Susan is an experienced and diligent professional with over 20 years’ experience of working within a diverse range of industry sectors including Financial Services, Energy and Government agencies.
Susan’s background spans Business Analysis, Project Support and IT Service Management. She is an adaptable individual who combines her attention to detail and desire for collaboration to help deliver change in demanding project environments.
Kirsty has recently completed a Masters degree in Business and Management and is excited to apply the tools and skills she has developed over the past year to real life scenarios. Eager to create a positive impact with businesses who are thirsty to improve, Kirsty is keen to jump into any problem head first and is committed to implementing change.
Sian is a strong Project Manager with a deep understanding of business challenges and has a brilliant collaborative approach that gets things done with minimal fuss.
Sian has almost 10 years of professional experience in business development and commercial roles, where the objective has always been to focus on company growth. Throughout her career, Sian has worked within a variety of businesses ranging from global fashion retailers, branding agencies and start-up drinks brands who were all at varying stages of development. This has given Sian a great understanding of the challenges that businesses face as a result of their size, identifying where the opportunities are and making improvements to contribute to growth.
With extensive international experience in the public sector, Rachel specialises in business strategy, communications, and client engagement. Having spent much of her career in the arts and science industries, she is known for integrating creative thinking with data-driven solutions. She recently completed her MBA and is committed to contributing to businesses’ sustainability strategies.
Claire is a Corporate Finance expert. She likes nothing better than supporting owners to grow their businesses, plan succession and implement change.
As a qualified accountant, numbers are definitely Claire’s thing and she blends this with her passion for helping businesses develop, plan and deliver bold strategies.

She is a highly experienced Project Support Officer who provides a range of project support from reporting, financial control, to logistical support and administration. Experienced in supporting National and international Project teams, she provides commercial Management support to ensure adherence to project budgets and is highly effective in event management and logistics.
Graeme is the Chair of our Consulting Board of Directors. He is ambitious, challenging, hugely supportive and very funny. He has the ability to cut through issues and is decisive which is exactly what we require in our Chairperson.
In addition to being the Chair of Anderson Anderson & Brown Consulting, Graeme has a day job as CEO of the AAB group of companies so quite a busy man.
Rob is our HR Director and supports us on everything from recruitment, contracts, job roles, payroll, personal development and performance management. He is our oracle on all things HR.
Rob is a massive ‘people person’ both professionally and personally and he is a constant source of support to us as we build our business.
Doug is the Partner in charge of growth for the AAB group of companies and a member of our Consulting Board of Directors. Doug is insightful and bold yet practical and realistic. He is always one step ahead which is great as it keeps us on our toes.
Doug’s expertise is in Corporate Finance so we will be the first to know if a deal is on the cards that involves the Consulting business.
Alan is literally our financial support system. Alan and his amazing team keep us right on all things finance-related; from our cash-flow, invoicing, tax payments, equity plans and every small finance issue in between.
Finance can be a bit of a dry subject (sorry Alan) but Alan almost makes it enjoyable. He is an unbelievably positive and funny team member – a great role model for FDs everywhere.
