We're not restricted by the conventional view of what a consulting firm should be. We look for new ways to support clients.
Creative, pragmatic and resilient, Julie loves a business challenge and has the scars to prove it. She puts humans first - and tenaciously designs services round them.
Julie loves a bit of business strategy, service design, marketing and digital with a focus on transformation and change, also proposition development, brand development, communication and behaviour change.
Mark has led some of the largest and most innovative economic development assignments over the last 10 years. He leads multidisciplinary teams collaborating across the private sector and public sector to support business growth across the UK and Europe.
He brings his expertise and insight to the design of business growth programmes, advises the government on regional and sectoral growth strategies and supports clients in their approaches to economic development.
Lesley loves helping clients deliver change. She is passionate about giving a voice to the users of services and also to those team members within organisations who want to own the change. She likes designing change but she is even more excited by the delivery of it (as this is when the rubber really hits the road).
As a mathemagician (title gifted to Lesley by her daughter), she is reasonably analytical which means she is good at evidence-based decision making and investment cases.
Glenn is a Programme Management specialist with an outstanding record of delivering major change programmes and has significant experience of designing and delivering new business models and technology solutions.
As an engineer by background, Glenn is a tenacious problem solver. As a consultant, Glenn enjoys working on the most complex of client problems. Recently, he worked with UK Government on a problem called Brexit (!) and prior to that has helped clients solve problems and deliver programmes across Public Services, Energy & Utilities and Financial Services.
No challenge is too complex for Anna - she loves to systematically disrupt, challenge and re-organise ineffective ways of thinking. With a logical but unconventional mindset, she enthusiastically adjusts to the unexpected.
With a background in business strategy, marketing and cybercrime, Anna recently joined the AAB Consulting team after completing her postgraduate degree at the University of Edinburgh Law School.

Graeme is the Chair of our Consulting Board of Directors. He is ambitious, challenging, hugely supportive and very funny. He has the ability to cut through issues and is decisive which is exactly what we require in our Chairperson.
In addition to being the Chair of Anderson Anderson & Brown Consulting, Graeme has a day job as CEO of the AAB group of companies so quite a busy man.
Doug is the Partner in charge of growth for the AAB group of companies and a member of our Consulting Board of Directors. Doug is insightful and bold yet practical and realistic. He is always one step ahead which is great as it keeps us on our toes.
Doug’s expertise is in Corporate Finance so we will be the first to know if a deal is on the cards that involves the Consulting business.

Alan is literally our financial support system. Alan and his amazing team keep us right on all things finance-related; from our cash-flow, invoicing, tax payments, equity plans and every small finance issue in between.
Finance can be a bit of a dry subject (sorry Alan) but Alan almost makes it enjoyable. He is an unbelievably positive and funny team member – a great role model for FDs everywhere.
