First up, we have Stephen Carmichael who is joining us as a Managing Consultant. Stephen is an operations and organisational design specialist who loves helping organisations change how they operate to meet their goals. He is truly collaborative and gets his energy working closely with clients to help shape their future. Stephen’s other big passion is football … just don’t ask him what team he supports.
In his own words… “I am delighted to be joining AAB Consulting, helping to build on their success. I know Lesley, Mark, and Glenn very well and so know I am joining an amazing team. I was seriously impressed by their plans, growth ambition, and their great client list. I can’t wait to get started.”
2nd in line is Gareth Edwards, who is joining us as a Director to shape our work in all things Digital and Experience. Gareth has worked for some of the real heavy hitters in both consulting and on client side. He has more than 20 years’ experience of leading digital programmes and teams, which is about as long as “digital” has been a thing. Gareth is creative and collaborative and loves to share his knowledge with any who ask.
For those who know him the other thing he can’t stop talking about is bikes, of the push variety and everything to do with them including their positive impact on our planet.
Gareth said “Whilst I have only got to know the team at AAB Consulting over the last year or so, I was immediately drawn to their chemistry, enthusiasm and passion. When they asked me to come join their gang, I couldn’t have been happier.
