One of life’s pleasures is being around people as they move into a new chapter in their life – it is emotional, sometime dramatic and often exciting. As our business continues to grow, we have had the pleasure of bringing three new colleagues into the Anderson Anderson & Brown Consulting herd (the collective noun for a bunch of llamas :-)). Susan McElroy, Kirsty Ness, and Louisa Bell have recently joined us and it already feels like they are part of the family.
Susan is an experienced business and change analyst with great insights gained from working in several different organisations in both public and commercial sectors. Susan is providing the engine for our work with young entrepreneurs and also managing our network of specialist advisors.
Kirsty joins us fresh from her MSc in Business & Management where she developed a keen interest in consulting. We hope we can live up to her expectations :-0. Kirsty brings excellent research and analysis skills that are being put to good use across a lot of our work. She will also be involved in some of the delivery of our business support work.
Louisa is also fresh from her MSc in Psychological Studies which she combined with a variety of research and sales roles. Her strong interest in people and what makes them tick will be massively helpful as we navigate our way through the many change programmes we help clients with.
